The Bouazizi Opportunity Center is a net-positive energy powerhouse that provides resources for creative skill development, as well as a local and digital marketplace to directly sell goods and services. Located between a busy airport highway and a residential neighborhood, the design addresses two disparate scales with an oversized photovoltaic super-roof and a series of smaller scaled pavilions.
This design project was completed in 2021 by Bryan Samuel and Francisco Hernandez, with guidance from Professor Scott Murray.
